RULES FOR ENTRY INTO THE SQUARE FOOT SHOW AND SALE

• Show will open August 6th 2021 at 1pm

• All work will be in a 12x12 format or equivalent

• Each piece will sell for $225

• Each piece will be paid for and taken home upon purchase 

• Entry into the show for patrons is a $25 ticket (non-refundable)

• Ticket price will be applied to a painting and taken off at time of purchase 

• A limit of 75 tickets will be sold to the private closed event

• If no paintings were purchased, ticket price may be applied without limit within the gallery on all merchandise 

• Buyers will be determined by lottery on the day of the event due to Covid protocols 

• Any remaining paintings will be opened to online bidding the Monday after the event

• There will be 100 works to choose from 

• Tickets are on a first come first served basis

• The event is an outdoor venue held in Auburn Gardens

• We will be accepting E-transfers or cash only for ticket purchases but will accept all types of payment on the day of the event for the artwork.
